You can get this on your jailbroken iPhone 4 easily by following the step below:
1) Go to Cydia
2) Go to Manage/Sources/Edit/Add
3) Add this Repo: http://cydia.myrepospace.com/MK321024/ <- (Copy & Paste works best)
4) After it reloads then go to search tab.
5) Search iTron HD.
6) Select Install then Confirm.
7) Activate iTron HD in Winterboard.
